16-047 - Learning Management System

The City is requesting information from organizations that are capable of providing a Learning Management System (LMS), and related implementation, licenses, maintenance and support services.
 
For the purpose of this Request for Information (RFI), The City considers an LMS to be an application that supports the administration, housing, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of e-learning and classroom courses or training programs. The LMS will support multiple users and roles working within multiple locations and business units.
 
The primary focus of this RFI is an LMS. However, The City is also open to receiving information about integrated talent management solutions, particularly as it relates to additional non-LMS modules for future implementation
