Description

The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide training with a focus on developing customer service, communications and supervisory/leadership expertise for the Calgary Parking Authority.

Project scope highlights:

Develop and deliver training workshops on a variety of customer service topics such as: communication, providing customer service, conflict communications, and writing for customers.
Provide individual feedback on trainee performance in the training program.
Provide other related customer service topics as required
Provide training on a variety of general supervisory topics
