Description

The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires the services of a qualified contractor or a consulting firm to provide operations and maintenance on The City’s rain gauge network for the rainfall monitoring program.

The City’s objectives for the rain monitoring program in 2017 and beyond are to minimize missing data, identify and address equipment failure quickly, improve data review and Quality Assurance / Quality Control and obtain standardized monthly and annual reports documenting performance and results.

The overarching objective is to improve data quality and increase the level of confidence in the rain monitoring data.
