Description

The City is requesting proposals for the supply and install of a family of cranes for single axle and tandem axle trucks.  The crane lifting capacities will range from 1200 kg (2640 lb) to 7.3tonnes (8 tons), with and without winches.  Proponents are to supply all mounting, controls, outriggers and sub frames necessary to install cranes on City supplied trucks. The City requires an initial order of four (4) cranes from Schedules A through C. The City could require up to an additional seven (7) cranes, from schedule A to D, within the next five (5) years.  The number of crane orders required each year is dependent on The City’s operational requirements and needs.
