Description

The City requires a truck for bridge inspections and maintenance (“The Truck”) which will allow workers to manoeuvre safely into position for hands on inspection and maintenance work. The Truck must have a basket capable of reaching above, alongside and below a variety of bridge structure types and sizes. The Truck must permit work to be done safely, without interrupting traffic, therefore the ability to work within one traffic lane is essential.

Proposal must be submitted electronically on the MERX portal located online at www.calgary.merx.com
All proposals must be submitted on or before the Submission Deadline. Proposals submitted after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
Proponents must submit their proposals electronically in MS Word, MS Excel or Adobe PDF format online on the Merx portal as set out in Section 2.2, above. The electronic copy of a proponent’s proposal as submitted online on the Merx portal will be the “Original Copy” of the proposal. Where applicable, proponents must submit their proposal content in the forms provided. Required forms have been provided in MS Word and MS Excel formats for completion. Supporting documents should be submitted in MS Word or Adobe PDF format.
