The City of Calgary requires qualified firm that has a unique skillset in leadership development and a track record of proven success in working with facility management organizations. The Preferred Proponent must be able to quickly get onboard and grasp The City’s Facility Management’s (FM) new vision and operating model of Plan – Build – Operate so as to customize and adapt tools to engage and train the FM leadership team to lead the transition and change within the recently restructured business unit. The Preferred Proponent will lead and facilitate various workshops (such as leading change and resiliency) with both the FM leadership team and all employees, assess leadership competencies of the leadership team and facilitate ways to leverage strengths, and provide professional development coaching and management of the coaching process. One key aspect to success for the Preferred Proponent will be to relate workshops and discussions to facility management operations, issues and opportunities, and service delivery and offerings.
