Description

The City of Calgary is seeking proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support of furniture consoles (Workstations) for emergency communication officers at The City’s Whitehorn Multi-Services Centre.

Seventy (70) Workstations are required for use by emergency communications officers during the daily operations of The City’s 9-1-1 Communications Centre, with the potential purchase of approximately twenty-five (25) additional Workstations during the contract term.

In addition to the Workstations for the 911 Communications Centre and depending on City approvals and budget, the Preferred Proponent may be utilized to procure approximately thirty (30) training Workstations in 2018 that are of similar, but reduced specification.
