Description

The City of Calgary (The City) is issueing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of various outdoor annual and perennial plants.

The City requires growers with the ability to provide reliable, healthy plant stock that are either tray sizes or specific parcels to be used in various City of Calgary displays.

This RFP includes five (5) schedules as follows:

Schedule A:     Spring Display
Schedule B:     Baskets and Barrels
Schedule C:    Annual Trays
Schedule D:    Annual Gallon Pots
Schedule E:     Perennials

Proponents may choose to bid on any or all schedules. Each schedule will be evaluated separately.
