Description

The City of Calgary Fire Department (CFD) is looking for the supply and delivery of Firefighter over the head pull over, hoodless, one quarter (1/4) zip, fleece sweater. Referred to by Fire and EMS professionals as a Job Shirt.

Job shirt will be issued to all one thousand five hundred (1,500) firemen.
After the initial purchase of one thousand five hundred (1,500) job shirts, starting from 2019 annual usage is estimated between two hundred (200) and three hundred (300) job shirts on an as required replacement basis and when new recruits join CFD.

Schedule A – Fire resistant
Schedule B – Non-fire resistant

It is desired for the order to be delivered by December 31, 2017

Samples - Proponents must provide one (1) sample of each item in each schedule being bid on in XL size, regular cut in addition to their proposal, within ten (10) business days after proposal closing date and time and be in accordance to the specifications, for evaluation of the product.
