The City of Calgary (The City), on behalf of Calgary Police Service (CPS) requires a solution that will provide the following three components with support and maintenance for three (3) years:

Load Balancing Application Delivery Controller;
SSL Visibility.
Mobile Virtual Private Network (VPN)

The City has a maximum budget of $225,000.00.
