Description

The City of Calgary has issued this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) with the intent of obtaining proposals from qualified proponents to supply tires for The City fleet of over 4,000 vehicles and pieces of equipment, and also perform tire repair services. Tire repair services include but are not limited to: flat repairs, tire/wheel balancing, re-treading of city owned casings, wheel torques, mobile repairs and yard checks. Makes and models of The City’s fleet vary from vans, pickups, heavy trucks, trailers, sweepers, graders, snow and ice equipment, vacuum trucks, mowing equipment and ice resurfacers.

A separate schedule also covers Calgary Fire Department (CFD) tire requirements.
