17-1702 - 5th Street SW Underpass Enhancement Project

The City of Calgary requires an experienced multi-disciplinary consulting team to provide planning, design, and construction administration services for the 5th Street SW Underpass Enhancement Project.
 
The Preferred Proponent will be acting as the prime consultant, which may include, but is not limited to coordinating the disciplines of urban design, landscape architecture, architecture, transportation engineering, public art, and cost analysis.
 
This is a multi-phase project that will consist of the following phases:
 
Phase 1: Project Planning and Concept Design
Phase 2: Design Development and Detailed Design
Phase 3: Construction and Contract Administration
