The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking proposals from experienced suppliers for:

A Solution that can:
1. Provide an automated tool to monitor the health of an application; and
2. Diagnose and provide a proactive mechanism for corrective actions before a problem occurs.
Services to lead or assist with:
1. Installation and configuration of the solution; and
2. Provide expert guidance and technical assistance to optimise the investment value.
