Compostable bag liners for various size compost bins
The City of Calgary (The City) is requesting the supply and delivery of certified compostable bags of various sizes for indoor and outdoor compost bins ranging from smaller seven (7) liter (L) to larger two hundred forty (240) liter (L) bins and carts

Items requested are as follows:
Schedule A
Individual Bags
A1 Bags for - 7.1 L kitchen pail - Estimated annual quantity of 100,000
A2 Bags for - 45 L cart - Estimated annual quantity of 30,000
A3 Bags for - 80 L cart - Estimated annual quantity of 10,000
A4 Bags for - 87 L Slim Jim - Estimated annual quantity of 10,000
A5 Bags for - Dog waste bag Approximate bag size: 8 inch x 11 inch, 0.6 Millimetre - Estimated annual quantity of 1000
Schedule B
Individual Bags
B1 Bags for - 120 L cart - Estimated Annual Quantity of 1000
B2 Bags for - 240 L cart - Estmiated Annual Quantity of 1000
Length of agreement is to be for a period of two (2) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional two (2) year terms for a potential total term of six (6) years
Note: Bidders must bid on all items in schedule A or Schedule B or both schedules as it applies to their capability. Submissions that don’t provide price for every item within a schedule may be rejected
