Additional Bidding Instructions

The Preferred Proponent will be required to supply the following documentation prior to award:
1. Documentary evidence of insurance policies,
2. Verification from the Worker's compensation Board (Alberta) (WCB),
3. Completed Contractor Environmental Acknowledgement Form, and
4. Verification of a valid Certificate of Recognition (COR) or Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) or equivalent as accepted by The City.
