Description

The City of Calgary’s (The City) Water Utility is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide technical writing and support services as follows:

Phase 1 will involve a review of the existing documents and creation of the new documents for the Cross Connection Control section, the creation of an operational program manual, and the creation, review, and update of supporting policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Phase 2 will involve the review and update of existing documents, and creation of new SOPs related to the new Water Services Field Operations group.

Phase 1 and Phase 2 may overlap in time commitment.

The Agreement will be for a Term of one (1) year and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year, for a potential total term not to exceed two (2) years.
