19-1523 - Supply & Delivery of Firefighting Tools; Equipment and Maint. Services for CFD

Supply and delivery of specialized firefighting tools; equipment and related maintenance services for The Calgary Fire Department. This RFP is split into five (5) schedules to allow Proponents to submit for one (1) or more schedules:

Schedule A – General Equipment
Schedule B – Chainsaws and Accessories. The City of Calgary Parks will be part of this schedule, The estimated annual quantity on Appendix C – Pricing Form includes Parks’ estimated annual usage.
Schedule C – Wet/Dry Vacuums and Accessories
Schedule D – Rescue Equipment
Schedule E – Fire Equipment

• Proponents must provide separate submissions for each schedule.
• Proposals submitted for each schedule will be evaluated separately and the highest rated proponent for each schedule will be selected.
• The proponent must bid on all items for both equipment and maintenance for each individual schedule.
