19-0216 - Rental of 5th Wheel Truck and Live Bottom Trailer Combo Units with Operator

The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires the seasonal rental of up to five (5) Fifth Wheel Trucks with Live Bottom Trailers (“Units”) and Operator(s). The City expects to utilize these Units approximately three (3) days a week, for five (5) to ten (10) hours a day for ten (10) weeks annually during the construction season. The City intends to award to as many respondents as required to fulfill the need of up to five (5) Units with Operator(s). Negotiations with the Lowest Priced Respondent will commence to determine number of units available when required. The City will continue to enter into negotiations with the Lowest Priced Respondent(s) until all Units required to fulfil the scope of work have been satisfied.
