The City issues this NOI to contract Empower Me to provide critical environmental, safety, and energy conservation messaging to Calgary’s underserved populations. This supports The City’s commitment to establishing a neighbourhood-scale climate change education and behavior change program for all Calgarians, with the goal of enhancing local climate impact understanding and promoting ways for citizens to mitigate and adapt to these changes.

Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion.

This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
