Description

In 2013 The City published RFP 13-1763 PeopleSoft Interaction Hub for employees for work related to the design, development and implementation of the PeopleSoft Interaction Hub for as a portal to provide HR and personal information to all employees. IntraSee Inc was the successful proponent.

IntraSee worked with Information Technology, Human Resources and Corporate Services and Communications (CS&C) to build myHRconnect The City of Calgary’s first employee portal. The portal was implemented in March 2016, as part of the implementation The City purchased licenses to some IntraSee products that were installed as part of the implementation of myHRconnect.

The City is in the process of upgrading PeopleSoft CRM from version 9.0 to 9.2 which means the IntraSee software will require upgrades as well.

It is the intent of The City to award this contract to IntraSee Inc.
