19-2033 - Electrical and Communication Cabling Services

The work consists of, but is not limited to new installations and repair / replacement of aged cables and conduits for the communications systems at various locations throughout City of Calgary premises including Light Rail Transit (LRT) facilities, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) facilities, Maintenance and Storage facilities, Utility Complex and underground duct-bank system. These communications systems include, but is not limited to the following:
 

1. Public Address (PA)
2. Help Phones
3. Service Phones
4. Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA)
5. Train Tracking & Supervisory System (TTSC)
6. Traction Power Substation SCADA
7. Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS)
8. Optical Transport Network (OTN)
9. Calgary City Network (CCN)
