20-2003 - Corporate Cost Consulting Services

The City of Calgary (The City) requires experienced multidisciplinary firms to provide cost consulting services ranging from Class 5 to Class 1 cost estimates.

The City’s intent is to retain up to five (5) firms per schedule to provide services for the following three (3) schedules of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO):

Schedule A: Linear Infrastructure
Schedule B: Vertical Infrastructure
Schedule C: Specialty Projects

Proponents are invited to submit a response to one (1) or more schedules. If a proponent elects to submit a proposal for more than one (1) schedule, a separate proposal must be provided for each schedule. Clearly indicate on the cover page of the submission which schedule the proposal is submitted for.
