Description

The City of Calgary is seeking quotes from Authorized Resellers of VEEAM Products, Services and Maintenance and Support.

Purchases will be as needed, to replace, expand or enhance VEEAM Networks products and services, increase licenses, software versioning, tools or features of products and to purchase support and training services provided by VEEAM.

The highest rated proponent will be requested to enter an Agreement with The City for the provision of the Deliverables. The term of the Agreement may include a Proof of Concept, with an option in favour of The City to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an initial term of up to Three (3) years. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for Two (2) additional Three (3) year terms for a potential total term of Nine (9) years.
This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations
