Additional Bidding Instructions

This RFP is an invitation by The City to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the Deliverables.
Proponents should submit a separate proposal for each truck they are proposing.
All proposals must be submitted on or before the Submission Deadline. Proposals submitted after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
Proponents must submit their proposals electronically in MS Word, MS Excel or Adobe PDF format online on the Merx portal as set out in Section 2.2, above. The electronic copy of a proponent’s proposal as submitted online on the Merx portal will be the “Original Copy” of the proposal. Where applicable, proponents must submit their proposal content in the forms provided. Required forms have been provided in MS Word and MS Excel formats for completion. Supporting documents should be submitted in MS Word or Adobe PDF format.
