Respondents must submit their quotations electronically in MS Word or Adobe PDF format online at the MERX portal at: www.calgary.merx.com. Each Respondent is solely responsible for ensuring that its Quotation is received and time stamped at: www.calgary.merx.com at or before the stated closing time in the RFQ package.

Each quotation must include a Quotation Form (Appendix B) completed and signed by the respondent. In addition to submitting the Quotation Form, respondents should respond to the non-price factors described in Appendix C – RFQ Particulars.
