Description

The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals from managed Information Technology (IT) service providers to augment the demand for skilled Information Communication Technology (ICT) workers and provide a vendor management system. The new ICT program will consist of a Managed Service Supplier and up to four (4) Resource Suppliers. The Managed Service Supplier will also participate in the engagement process as one of the four (4) Resource Suppliers with an ethical separation between the two roles.
Proponents are welcome to provide proposals for the following options:
• Managed Service Supplier; or
• Resource Supplier.
Proposals must clearly identify which option is being proposed on the cover of the proposal.
