Description

The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking an appropriately accredited analytical laboratory to conduct analysis on industrial wastewater samples collected throughout the year for the Total Loading Management Program.

The term of the Agreement will be for an initial term of up to two (2) years. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for four (4) additional two (2) year terms for a potential total term of ten (10) years.

This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
