Description

The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking the services of an insurer to provide group benefits, underwriting, and administration services for The City’s firefighters benefits program.

The services are separated into the following schedules:

Schedule A: Basic Life, Enhanced Life, Employee and Spousal Optional Life, and Long-Term Disability benefits; and

Schedule B: Extended Health Care and Dental benefits

Proponents are invited to submit responses for one (1) or both schedules. If a proponent elects to submit responses for more than one (1) schedule, ensure that responses are submitted as two (2) separate files in the proposal.
