18-1552 - Privileged Account Management Solution

The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking proposals from vendors who can provide an on-premise solution for managing privileged accounts on The City’s networked systems, databases, applications, and cloud.     
 
Including:
 
1.  A Solution that has:

1. Strong encryption of password data, vault or both;
2. Ability to interface with two-factor authentication solutions;
3. No direct access to the proposed solution application;
4. Capability for auditing, reporting and alerting;
5. Provision for separation and segregation of duties;
6. Ability to manage Cloud credentials;
7. Redundancy capability; and
8. Credential auto-discovery capability.

1. Installation and configuration of the solution; and
2. Ongoing support and maintenance.
