Description

The City of Calgary (The City) on behalf of The Calgary Police Service (CPS) is exploring the current technological options for an aircraft based video downlink system. Ideally, system would link into the existing CPS network infrastructure to allow for viewing of the downlink by CPS personnel. Solutions should include downlink transmitters, receivers, antennas as required to deliver high definition video for viewing from the CPS Operations Center, mobile units and other sites as required.
