18-1656 - Golf Course Management Software Solution

The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals for a golf course software solution and all related subscription requirements, implementation, service, maintenance and support for either a cloud based (SaaS) or on-premise solution.
 
The City is looking to secure and implement a single golf software solution in time for the 2020 golf season.
 
The City is not interested in a solution that:

1. involves tee time trade relationships or arrangements; 
2. gives the Proponent or a third party access to the City’s customer or marketing information; 
3. gives the Proponent or a third party the ability to market directly to the City’s customers.
