A new Environmental Construction Operations (ECO) Plan Framework will be released in August 2020. Tenders awarded after August 1, 2020 which require ECO Plans must use the new framework titled Environmental Construction Operations (ECO) Plan Framework – Municipal Version (2020 Edition).
