Given the complexity of the Green Line Project (Project) and the level of oversight required to successfully manage and deliver the Project, The City of Calgary is seeking up to five (5) individual persons who are external industry mega project specialists in the areas of procurement, commercial strategies, stakeholders management, design, and tunnel construction, available to support project oversight as part of a Technical And Risk Committee. This committee will provide insights from leading practices and advise on key technical considerations and risks.
