The City requires the services of a qualified Consultant to review current service delivery against best practices and provide recommendations for optimizing Calgary Recreation’s service delivery approach. Deliverables include (1) a preliminary report with findings from a current state review and best practices research (including peer reviews), (2) a final report with recommendations for optimizing our service delivery approach and, following project sponsor approval, (3) an implementation plan for executing an optimized approach. The Consultant should identify key issues and propose resolution strategies.
The Consultant will review Calgary Recreation’s business processes as it relates to its organizational structure and provide recommendations to resolve any key issues and propose alternate solutions. Deliverables include (1) reviewing the proposed organizational structure and test the structure, capability and governance against the business unit’s mandate, and (2) provide a final report with recommendations for any adjustments.
Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion.
This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
