OPTIONAL PRE-TENDER MEETING: Please note that specific and pertinent information may be conveyed at this meeting. Tenderer(s) attending this meeting may be privy to project information that may not necessarily be contained in any of the documentation provided.
Bidders are to provide their response and acceptance to attending an OPTIONAL on-site Pre-Tender meeting. See Attachment 2 in Appendix “F”. Please reply at least three (3) days prior to meeting date to the CHC contact.
The CHC contact will respond to confirm a date, time and RSVP the bidder’s acceptance and attendance.
Any questions or request for clarification from bidders that arise as a result of the optional pre-tender meeting, must be submitted via MERX as per Section 4 SUPPLEMENTARY Conditions of Tender, 3.3 Respondent Questions and RFT Notices in order to be taken into consideration by CHC.
