The City of Calgary requires the services of a qualified consulting firm to assist in the co-creation of an Anti-Racism community strategy. This plan will focus on The City’s role in addressing and influencing racism/ systemic racism in Calgary.

Services include providing leadership and facilitation for the Anti-Racism Action Committee (ARAC) in the co-creation of the Anti-Racism Community Action Plan including stakeholder engagement; strategic planning; recommending performance measures and supporting communication and initial launch of this action plan.
