Description

The City of Calgary “The City” is seeking a proponent to supply and install driving range ball dispensers and ball management systems. The equipment supplied must have the ability to be integrated with our point of sales system (Club Prophet Systems)

Supply to include:

Seven (7) ball dispensers compatible with Club Prophet Systems point of sales module (see Note below) and possess pin pad type technology.
6 units must be paired (3 pairs) and have a total minimum capacity of 40,000 balls (20,000 each)
Single unit must have minimum ball capacity of 15,000 balls
Ball elevator or loading system must eliminate manual lifting and loading of 3 paired units
Ball washers must integrate with ball management and dispenser systems.
Compatible with Club Prophet Systems

The highest rated proponent will be requested to enter an Agreement with The City for the provision of the Deliverables. The term of the Agreement may include a Proof of Concept, with an option in favour of The City to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an initial term of up to one (1) years. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional two (2) year terms for a potential total term of five (5) years.

This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
