Event Note
The City Contact will schedule a timeslot between August 23 - 30, 2021 with Proponents confirming intent to attend a Site Visit. Refer to Attachment 1 document for full details.
- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The City has adjusted the format of the Site Visit for RFP 21-1532.
- Adhere to public health requirements. Face masks and PPE are mandatory at the site meeting.
- Proponent to submit a request to the City Contact (katie.chung@calgary.ca) prior to 2021 August 18 at 2:00PM (Mountain Time) to pre-register for Proponent’s team attendance, with maximum of three (3) visitors per team.
- On the day of the Site Visit, it is the Proponent’s responsibility to review the latest Alberta Health Services self-assessment tool. All attendees must complete the self-assessment. (https://myhealth.alberta.ca/Journey/COVID-19/Pages/COVID-Self-Assessment.aspx). By attending the Site Visit at the designated timeslot, the Proponent confirms they have completed the self-assessment and are following Alberta Health Services latest COVID-19 protocol.
- A maximum of three (3) persons will be assigned up to a 60 minute time slot (subject to change) for a walkthrough.
- No questions can be asked during the Site Visit. All questions must be directed through MERX (www.calgary.merx.com).

Refer to Section 4 - SUBMISSION, WITHDRAWL, AND MODIFICATION OF THE PROPOSAL for details.

Each Proponent must submit its Proposal on or before the Submission Deadline.
Proponents must submit Proposals electrictronically on www.calgary.merx.com.
Proponents should allow sufficient time to upload Proposals and to resolve any issues that may arise regarding the electronic submission prior to the Submission Deadline.
The City may reject any Proposals where any documents contained in Proposal cannot be opened or legibly viewed by The City. Proposals will not be opened publicy.
Each Proposal must include a duly signed Proposal Submission Form (Appendix B).
