CHC will be offering an optional pre-bid meeting for interested bidders. Any bidders that are interested in attending the virtual meeting are to email Laurie.Homeniuk@calgary.ca with the name and email address of the attendee and an invitation will be sent to that email address. The virtual meeting will be held using the Microsoft Teams application.
This meeting agenda will cover general RFP expectations, such as scope, evaluation criteria, and mandatory bid requirements and will allow time for bidders to ask questions.
