The City of Calgary (The City) requires an experienced vendor to provide remediation, cleanup and disposal services for small and large volumes of illegal drugs within City owned and/or operated facilities, vehicles and buildings on an as, if and when required basis. These services will include all required equipment rental, supplies and labour.

The highest rated proponents (respondents) will be requested to enter an Agreement with The City for the provision of the Deliverables. The term of the Agreement is for an initial term of up to one (1) year. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year terms for a potential total term of three (3) years.

This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
