The City of Calgary (“The City”) is giving a Notice of Intent that The City has entered into a cost sharing operation and maintenance agreement on 2017 December 8 with Cadillac Fairview Corp Ltd (“CF”) to operate and maintain the public bridge. The City shall annually cover a portion of the janitorial, security and maintenance of the bridge structure.
