17-1735 - Corporate Recognition Merchandising Solution

The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking proposals for a solution to provide, manage, and administer the merchandise for its corporate recognition program. The Preferred Proponent will provide the following:

1. A web and cloud-based software application for users and administrators; 
2. Provision of merchandise for The City’s corporate recognition program;
3. Program management services with respect to managing the merchandise selection, fulfillment, and post-delivery customer support;
4. Professional services required to implement and deploy the solution; 
5. All training and customer support for City users and administrators; and
6. All technical support for and maintenance of the proposed solution.
