Description

The purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) process is to pre-qualify up to ten (10) proponents for eligibility in an invitational second-stage competitive process for the procurement of the deliverable. The anticipated posting of the invitational second stage Janitorial RFP is Q1 2019 and The City anticipates awarding three (3) contracts.

The anticipated scopes of work will include the following :

The provision of regular (daily, weekly, and monthly, quarterly and annually) scheduled janitorial services
24/7 availability to respond to unplanned janitorial requirements on an as needed basis and ensure the specified level of service is maintained
