The City of Calgary requires professional and accredited cleaning, inspection, repair, alterations, and tracking services on performed work of all uniformed staff duty gear, coveralls, flash hoods, helmet liners and inserts, gloves, exposed uniforms apparel and underclothes to meet the requirements of NFPA 1851 (latest edition) and NFPA 1971 (latest edition).

Be sure to include in your proposal all mandatory requirements for compliance as per section 2.5 of the RFP. Proponents should also ensure they have responded to evaluation criteria in Appendix H - Evaluation to earn points in evaluation along with Pricing Form (Appendix C).
Proposals must be submitted electronically on the MERX portal online at: http://www.calgary.merx.com.
All proposals must be submitted on or before the Submission Deadline. Proposals submitted after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
Proponents should allow sufficient time to upload their proposal documents and submit. Ensure they fully submit proposal by going through the merx submittal process.
