The building includes 46 suites in one and two-bedroom configurations. The total foot print of the property is 0.47 acres and the floor area is 67,400 square foot.
This RFT is issued for CN3 construction, including:

Concrete Structural Repair for balcony slab
Traffic Membrane waterproofing for balcony
Replace privacy walls and all balcony railings
Asphalt parkade repaving and bumper replacement

Bidders are to provide their response and acceptance to attending a on-site Pre-Tender meeting (see Attachment 3 in Appendix F).

Please reply at least three (3) days prior to meeting date to the CHC contact.

The CHC contact will respond to confirm a date, time and RSVP the bidder’s acceptance and attendance.

Any questions or request for clarification from bidders that arise as a result of the optional pre-tender meeting, must be submitted via MERX as per Section 4 SUPPLEMENTARY Conditions of Tender, 3.3 Respondent Questions and RFT Notices in order to be taken into consideration by CHC.
Safety protocol are to be followed as per Appendix “D” – Pandemic Safety Protocols including the latest recommendations from Alberta Health Services.
