Description

The supply of a SaaS Based Email marketing software solution for The City of Calgary (The City), including associated implementation, maintenance and support services.

The City requires an email marketing platform that allows The City to properly manage and distribute information via customized email communications to email list subscribers that are either internal City employees or external to the organization members of the general public who are subscribed to various City email communication lists.

The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.

The Agreement will be for an initial Term of two (2) years.

The Agreement may be renewed an additional two (2) times for two (2) years each time. The potential total length shall not exceed six (6) years.

The Agreement may include a PoC for up to three (3) months. See Appendix F for more information about the PoC.
