Description

The existing underground storm sewer system includes one (1) manhole, three (3) - 100mm cast iron pipes and one (1) 200mm concrete pipe. The layout of the storm sewer system is illustrated in Drawing No. C01, which is presented in Attachment 1.

Based on the findings, there are two significant factors that can result in the failure of the storm system: structural integrity and aging of the existing sewer pipe. The existing storm system was installed in the 1980s, the storm pipes are reaching the end of their service life.
