The City requires assistance with recruitment for certain senior leadership position(s) as well as specialized project management, technical expertise and legal expertise positions for the Green Line Department in the City of Calgary. This department is dedicated to delivery of the Green Line Light Rail Transit program. The role of the recruitment expert will be to assist in filling current vacant positions, as well as providing assistance in defining and recruiting future positions that will be required as the project progresses through to an estimated completion date in 2027. Ideally the recruitment expert will have a focus on resourcing senior leadership, technical, project management and/or legal expertise for the procurement and delivery of large complex infrastructure projects.
Expiry Date for the Agreement will be two (2) years from the Effective Date of this Agreement. Thereafter, this Agreement may be renewed for two (2) additional three (3) year period for a total not to exceed eight (8) years.
