CHC will be offering an optional onsite pre tender meeting(s) on October 13, 2020. The meeting is anticipated to commence at 9:00am at 402 MacEwan Drive NW (MG1). Due to COVID-19 considerations, a site meeting time will be confirmed with each interested bidder by the CHC contact.
Please confirm your attendance by completing Attachment 1 and emailing to the CHC contact at brent.laloge@calgary.ca at least one (1) business day prior to the meeting date. CHC will confirm a pre-tender meeting time on the date noted above. Interested bidders are not permitted to attend this site without a confirmed meeting time. All bidders must follow the “Pandemic Safety Protocols” found on page 2 of this attachment.
