Respondents must submit their quotations electronically in MS Word or Adobe PDF format online at the MERX portal as set out below. Each Respondent is solely responsible for ensuring that its Quotation is received and time stamped at: www.calgary.merx.com at or before the stated closing time in the RFQ package.

Respondent Questions must be submitted to The City on or before the Deadline for Questions by using the “Q & A Tab” in the MERX online system located at www.calgary.merx.com .

Respondents should include with their submission a copy of their rental and lease agreements. The City reserves the right to negotiate these terms if applicable or not to award if the terms within the agreements are non-negotiable or not in the best interest of the City.
